  • Shipping, Cancellation & Return Policy
At HARAARU LLC, we’re committed to providing a seamless experience from order to delivery. Please take a moment to review our shipping, cancellation, and return policies to ensure the best service possible.
  • Order Processing & Shipping
We process all orders as quickly as possible—typically within 1 to 3 business days. Once processed, your order will be shipped using one of our trusted carriers, such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your package is dispatched.
  • How to Cancel an Order
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, cancellations are not guaranteed.
  • If your item has not yet been processed, we can cancel your order and no charges will apply.
  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will need to be handled as a return.
  • What If I Entered an Incorrect Address?

It is your responsibility to verify your shipping address before placing your order. HARAARU
LLC will ship your order to the address provided at checkout.

  • If an item is returned as undeliverable, we will refund your payment minus the original shipping costs.
  • If you refuse delivery, any applicable restocking and return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
  • Unsure about your order’s destination? Contact us immediately—we’re here to help ensure it arrives safely.
  • Where is My Order?

You can always refer to your order confirmation and tracking link for the most up-to-date
shipping and delivery estimates.

  • Please allow up to 3 additional business days beyond the maximum estimated delivery date before contacting us for support.
  • If your tracking information shows that your shipment is lost or damaged, please contact us right away. We’ll help initiate a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue promptly.
  • How to Return an Item

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the original delivery date. Products must be in brand-new
condition with all original packaging and accessories included.

  • Shipping and handling charges for returns are your responsibility, unless otherwise stated.
  • All returns require a valid Return Authorization Number (RA#). Contact us to obtain your RA#. Items returned without this number may be refused and ineligible for refund.
  • Note: Some returns may be eligible for a pre-paid return label at our discretion.
  • Return Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be eligible for return (see Non-Returnable Items)
  • Return shipment must be postmarked within 7 days of original delivery
  • The item must be in original condition, with all packaging and accessories
  • You must obtain and include a Return Authorization Number (RA#)
  • Returns are subject to restocking/processing fees and applicable shipping deductions
  • Restocking & Processing Fees
Returned items are inspected upon arrival. If they are not in original condition, a fee of up to 50% may be applied.
  • Items returned after 7 days from delivery may be subject to a fee of up to 80% of the item price.
  • HARAARU reserves the right to deduct appropriate fees based on the condition of the returned product.
